Jalen Hurts’ Age: His Birthday And Path From College Football To The Nfl

So, you're curious about Jalen Hurts, huh? Well, buckle up, 'cause we're about to dive into a fun ride through his journey from college football to the NFL. Let's start with the basics, shall we?

When's the Big 2-3?

Alright, let's get this out of the way. Jalen Hurts was born on August 7, 1998. That's right, he's a late summer baby, which means he's probably a Leo. You know what they say about Leos, right? They're natural-born leaders, and boy, does that ring true for Jalen.

Now, you might be thinking, "Wow, he's still so young!" And you're right. But don't let his age fool you. This guy's got more experience under his belt than some folks twice his age. So, let's talk about how he got here.

College Days: Alabama & Oklahoma

Jalen started his football journey at the University of Alabama. He was the starting quarterback for the Crimson Tide from 2016 to 2018. During his time there, he led the team to two national championship games, winning one in 2017. Not too shabby, huh?

But life had other plans for Jalen. In 2018, he lost his starting position to Tua Tagovailoa. Now, most people would've hung their cleats up and called it a day. But not Jalen. He transferred to the University of Oklahoma, where he became the starting quarterback in 2019.

And boy, did he make an impact! In his first season with the Sooners, he led them to the College Football Playoff and won the Big 12 Championship. Not bad for a transfer, right?

Draft Day & Beyond

In 2020, Jalen was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the second round of the NFL Draft. Now, I know what you're thinking, "Second round? That's it?" But hold on, let me tell you something. Good things come to those who wait, and Jalen's no exception.

In his first season with the Eagles, Jalen got his chance to shine when Carson Wentz went down with an injury. And shine he did! He led the Eagles to a 4-0 record as a starter, earning him the NFC Offensive Player of the Month award for November 2020. Not too shabby for a second-round pick, huh?

Since then, Jalen's been making waves in the NFL. He's got a unique blend of athleticism, leadership, and a never-give-up attitude that's hard to ignore. And let's not forget, he's still got plenty of room to grow. Imagine what he'll do once he hits his prime!

So, What's the Moral of the Story?

Alright, folks, let's wrap this up. Jalen Hurts' journey from college football to the NFL is a testament to resilience, adaptability, and never giving up on your dreams. He's a reminder that setbacks are just opportunities for comebacks. And hey, if you're a young gun like Jalen, remember this: age is just a number. It's what you do with your time that matters.

So, here's to Jalen Hurts, the young, talented quarterback who's just getting started. Keep your eyes on this one, folks. I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot more of him in the years to come. Now, go out there and make your own magic, just like Jalen!
